How to Register
You'll find a world of information on programs and classes designed to meet the needs of our community.
Find instructions are below for "How to register for Enrichment classes," "How to register online for CARE Company," and "How to view or pay your online child care account." For any additional questions please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 248-823-5100.
- Click on program (ex. Enrichment).
- Click on program title under Programs (ex. Youth Enrichment or Troy Community Swim).
- Click on Category (ex. Chess).
- Click on the Class Number or Class Name.
- Click on Register. (Make sure to click on the Register button next to the desired location and/or time of class.)
- If you are a returning user, enter your e-mail address and password. If you forgot your password, click on the “Forgot Your Password” link and a new password will be
- sent to your e-mail address on file. If you are a new user, click on “Click Here to Sign Up.” (Please do not create a duplicate account if you have taken classes through us in the past.)
- Click the check box to select the person you want to register for the class.
- Click the Continue Registration button.
- Confirm student and class information.
- Click on Add Another Class or Continue Registration.
- Enter information on payment screen.
For the emergency contact page; once you have entered a person’s name you need to click ADD to save the information. If you want to add multiple person’s you need to click ADD each time. Then click the NEXT button. The update button is only if they change the information for someone already listed as an emergency contact person.)
You must make payment for your registration to be accepted.
Click on “Click HERE for all Child Care links and Account Services.”
Click on My Account or Log In / Sign Up (at top of page).
Sign in with e-mail and password (if your child has previously been in CARE or TOTS please sign in as a Returning User and update your profile.) In order to manage the account, please do not open another account or set up additional profiles.
Click on CARE Company – School Age Child Care (left side of page).
Click on desired school name.
Click on desired school name or session number.
Carefully select either the AM or PM session by clicking the Register for AM/PM link for that session.
Click on Select for Registration for the appropriate child.
Click on the small calendar icon next to select start date field.
Click on the date on the calendar for the first date of attendance in CARE.
You must select a schedule. Click on the RED letter representing the day of the week that your child will attend CARE. Repeat for each day of the week that you want your child to attend CARE. (ex., click the RED “M” for all Mondays, click the RED “T” for all Tuesdays, etc.)
Confirm the information. Click Continue again.
Select Add Another Class or Continue Registration.
Enter information on payment screen.
Click on Make Payment.
- Click on My Profile at the top of the page
- Under Returning User enter your email address and password.
- If you don’t know your password, click forgotten password. In 1-2 minutes the system will email you your password.
- Click Continue
- Click on MY Child CARE Account in the upper right hand
- To view or pay, click PAY NOW. You will see your child care ledger. This is what the child care office sees.
