"TRAC helped me in gaining a strong foundation for my career. Within one year, I've learned the necessary courses and skills to accomplish my career goals. All of my instructors were very helpful and have guided me through every single step of the journey. Now, I enjoy my career as a childcare assistant. Thank you, TRAC."
- Satya Nemani
"Without TRAC, I would have been lost as an immigrant. I thoroughly enjoyed this program because it improved my English, inspired me and guided me to find my career as a teacher in U.S. I am indebted/grateful to my TRAC teachers Katie, Rebecca and Nancy."

Annual TRAC Design Thinking Challenge
As part of TRAC's rigorous workforce development program, students participate in a Design Thinking Challenge. They hone their problem-solving skills and work as a team. They analyze their own career path and learning experience to enrich future TRAC participants' experience. See and hear their program analysis and recommendations for future scholarship recipients and the TRAC program. TRAC believes our program success comes from the strong voice of our students.
TRAC is thankful for financial, educational, and support service partners who make learning and career paths possible for fellow community members: Oakland County MIWorks!
