How to register
for Enrichment classes:
-
Click on bullet title under the Programs (ex. Youth Enrichment)

Click on Category
(ex. Chess)
-
On
right will be the Class number and the Class name. Click on
class you would like to register for.

Click on Register
(Make sure to click on the Register button next to the desired
location of class)
-
If
you are a returning user enter your email address and password.
If you forgot your password click on the forgot your password
button. If you are a new user click on
Enroll User.
-
Click on Select
next to Child/Person you want registered for class.
-
Click on Complete

Fill out information on payment screen.

Click on Finish
How to Register
online for CARE Company
-
Click on
My Profile (top of
page)
-
Sign-in with
email and
password (If your
child has previously been in CARE or TOTS please sign in as a
Returning User and update your profile.) In order to manage the
acct., please do not open another account or set up additional
profiles.

Click on
School-Age Child Care
(left of page)
-
Select desired
school location from drop down list
-
click on
desired CARE
location
-
Carefully
select either the AM or PM session by clicking the
Register button

Click on
Select Schedule
-
Select days in
pop up box
-
Enter start
date
-
Click
Calculate Fee
-
Click
SAVE
-
Click
Select for Registration
(You cannot proceed until you have completed all the required
information. Required information is marked with an asterisk*)

Select either
Add Another Course
or Complete Registration

Repeat steps
3-13 for another session or
PAY to complete the registration process.
For the emergency
contact page; once you have entered a person’s name you need to
click ADD to save the
information. If you want to add multiple person’s you need to click
ADD each time. Then
click the NEXT button.
The update button is only if they change the information for someone
already listed as an emergency contact person.)
You must make
payment for your registration to be accepted.
How to view or
pay your online child care account:
-
Click on
My Profile at the top
of the page
-
Under
Returning User enter
your email address and password.
-
If you don’t
know your password, click forgotten password. In 1-2 minutes the
system will email you your password.
-
Click Continue
-
Click on
MY
Child CARE Account in
the upper right hand
-
To view or
pay, click PAY NOWl.
You will see your child care ledger. This is what the child care
office sees.
